Welcome to Key Inspirations!

Inspire! Imagine! Innovate!TM, previously known as PianoOne, has a new look, a new feel and a new energy! Although our dedication to inspiring leadership, unleashing the imagination and promoting creativity and innovation hasn’t changed, we have broadened and enhanced our services to better address the challenges of our complex world.

Key Inspirations, our complimentary membership subscription service, has been updated as well. Designed to reflect the structure of a musical concerto, Key Inspirations focuses on transformational leadership, personal centeredness and well-being and creativity and innovation in the workplace. The word concerto, meaning harmony, perfectly captures the spirit of Key Inspirations and its interconnected themes.

Senior Editor Mike Brenner and our distinguished portfolio of contributing writers represent the leading practitioners in our field. We hope you enjoy Key Inspirations and invite you to visit us online at InspireImagineInnovate.com.

There is a clear assumption that people’s behavior will change because the pronouncements on plaques are “inspirational” or certain words “integrate our strategy and values.” There is an implicit hope that when people — especially managers — hear great words, they will start to exhibit great behavior.
