Inspire Imagine Innovate constructed Individual Development Services to provide talent, career, and leadership development services for every person in the global workforce, including graduating students who are preparing to enter the national or global workforce.
We are global talent development specialists, professional coaches, and master facilitators who believe that individual, customized learning will continue to compliment and reduce classroom and workshop training. The Coaching Mindset Index® (CMI) assessment informs you of your primary coaching style, reminds you of the other three (3) possible coaching styles and is accompanied by a one-hour debriefing and coaching conversation with one of our professional coaches.
Leadership Benchmarking & Advancement
This engagement is designed for those managers and leaders who desire a global benchmark of their management or leadership effectiveness, including potential career ‘derailers’ or impediments. The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series (LFS) Assessment and five (5) Reports is accompanied by 1.5 hours of debriefing and coaching conversation with one of our professional coaches.
This engagement is designed for emerging and high-potential managers and leaders, who desire a global benchmark of their leadership readiness, based on the global science of learning agility. The Learning Agility Assessment by Talentx7® is accompanied by a 1.5-hours debriefing and coaching conversation with one of our professional coaches.
Career & Talent Transformation Coaching
This engagement is designed for those individuals, managers and leaders who desire to recalibrate and shift their potential, talent and performance, against a future-forward timeline. The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series (LFS) Assessment and five (5) Reports is accompanied by 2.0 hours of assessment debriefing and 6.0 hours of career transformation coaching conversations with Kevin Asbjornson, in 1, 1.5 or 2 hour increments.

Developing Global Competence
This engagement is designed for individuals who seek to expand their ability to work effectively in global business, across cultures, and with global teams and workgroups. The Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)®, by Global Competence Associates, objectively measures the attitudes, cultural knowledge, and interpersonal skills needed for intercultural effectiveness and is accompanied by a one-hour debriefing and coaching conversation with one of our professional coaches.
Eight Keys to Inspired Leadership® EQ-i 2.0-Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace
The EQ-i 2.0 Assessment, which is the international gold standard assessment of emotional intelligence in the workplace, is accompanied by 2 hours of assessment debriefing and coaching reinforcement with Kevin Asbjornson; it is designed to develop one’s awareness and capacity to engage The Eight Keys of Inspired Leadership®, for the purpose of enhancing an individual’s ability to create meaningful, authentic, and sustaining connections with others in the workplace, including direct reports, indirect reports, peers, or internal stakeholders.
